The ink barely dried on the one-year lease agreement but I wanted to get the word out because I’m booking appointments for the summer now at
my new private office
right on the edge of Chandler and Gilbert in the Watermark at Chandler Air Park plaza (which you might recognize as the location of Backyard Taco and Eggstasy) on the second floor of the Cambridge building.
Finally….a private space for me to work and hold appointments as well as host groups and even workshops and classes!
The address is 2350 S Gilbert Rd St 205 Chandler, AZ 85286. My Google maps listing takes you right to it: Tabitha Dumas Google maps It’s next to the Cube Smart self storage place and has plenty of parking. I recommend taking Insight Way/Ryan west off Gilbert Rd. and taking the first right which goes under an arch and around a ball fountain. Go left at the fountain roundabout and it’s on the left.
You’ll come inside and up to the second floor and Suite 205 is between the elevator and the stairs in the middle. There’s a reception area where you can text me and I’ll come out and bring you back to my office which is just across from my friend and counselor, Deborah (who told me about the office space).
It’s two miles around the corner from our house almost directly behind us. An ideal commute for this season of life.
On my recent mini retreat to Superior, AZ, I finally had time to be still, calm my nervous system and quiet my mind. I’d been pondering next steps and how to slow down this crazy growth I’ve been experiencing in order to make it more intentional and soulful (as well as less stressful).
I felt prompted to look at my old Pinterest boards and read over old journal entries and saw the same dreams, the same spaces, the same passions–and the message became clear:
“It’s time to take your dreams off the page and bring them into real life.”
With Mom’s passing 1.5 years ago, my capacity dwindled but my longing to move past “just Color Analysis” with my ladies grew. After analyzing many hundreds of people in just the last two years, I’m ready to make it more personalized and practical, and incorporate the workbook I’ve been working on for over two years!
Honestly it feels like such a natural progression from working from home to utilizing Drew’s office space to co-working at Fuse to now having my own private space.
No more lugging my stuff in and out of the van for every Color Analysis appointment!
Here are some additional advantages:
- having my books, resources and tools in one place (including my gorgeous collection of printed scarves!)
- having a private and dedicated place to work with all of my office supplies at hand
- a better separation of work time vs. personal time
- additional privacy to go deeper with my clients as well as a space to allow them to try on clothes
- freeing up space at home for homeschool and a guest room
- the availability of daytime appointments instead of only working weekends
