A pop-up “teaser” color analysis is a fun addition to your corporate event, girls’ weekend, team building day, conference or retreat!
I’m THE only (or certainly one of the only) Color Analysis experts in the country willing to bring the Color Analysis experience to YOU. I’ve been known to have 60+ people waiting in line for their analysis at events ranging from Scheels Ladies Night to the Desert Botanical Garden Pulse Party to groups of dentists and lawyers plus bachelorette parties, community outreach events, corporate retreats and team building events all over Phoenix.

My assistant, Sarah, and I travel to your home, venue, office or resort. The postcards and travel fee are included.
For groups of up to 20 (2.5 hours) within the Phoenix metro area
$1,200
For a class/workshop feel, I give a dynamic and interactive presentation on the Color Codes (Light, Soft, Deep, Clear, Warm or Cool), using participants and visuals to demonstrate each one. Afterward every participant receives a vertification of their Color Code from Sarah and I and takes their picture with their “pop” colors.
For more of a personal experience, we ask you to schedule groups of five per thirty minutes to be analyzed together then verified individually. They love giving feedback to each other and finding out each other’s Color Code! I have colored pens, chocolates and props to keep it light-hearted and educational.
For both options, using the provided postcard, for each participant we…
- determine their Color Code (Clear, Cool, Light, Soft, Deep, Warm)
- review the rules for their Color Code (including “pop” colors, lipstick colors, jewelry finishes and best neutrals)
- evaluate the seven “pop” colors on their hanger one at a time
- talk about the warm vs. cool colors in their palette
- take their picture with their “pop” colors
Digital color swatches are also included (a $19 value).
For events of up to 200 people (7 hours) within the Phoenix metro area
$6,500
- seven hours of hands-on analysis time
- verifying each participant’s Color Code and review of their “pop” colors
- taking their picture with their rainbow of colors
- reviewing the rules for their Color Code
- a postcard with the information for each Color Code including best lipstick colors and best neutrals (pictured below)
The postcard included with every appointment:

Above is Tisha, A lovely Deep Color Code with her “pop” colors.

Putting the “pop” in “pop-up”
I “pop up” my rack with the six hangers for each Color Code’s “pop” colors and type each participant into one of the six Color Codes (Soft, Clear, Deep, Light, Warm, Cool). They get their picture taken with their hanger plus the postcard with their Color Code rules. I have two hangers of wraps for our most common codes, Deep and Soft, so Sarah and I can tag-team to keep it moving along.

Oftentimes, ladies will purchase a ticket to an event just to receive a Color Analysis! I am very happy to promote your event to my audience and followers, and strategize with you to make the experience a success.
Below is a fabulous pop-up Color Analysis for a Scheels ladies’ night event, fall 2024. I’ve done four of these now!

This was in the hall outside of a conference room at the Andaz Resort in Scottsdale for a group of friends on a weekend getaway.

The set-up for a break-out session option at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. We typed about thirty people in two hours. Read about that one here.

Once we talk through your goals and the logisitcs of the event, I’ll create a proposal. Upon approval, I draw up a service agreement and create a checkout link reserving your day and time. You can pay via Stripe, Paypal or by check.
I’d love for you to contact me so we can set up a phone call to strategize.
