I'm joining OnaMission Home Painting

Many people saw this coming and we’ve been talking about me joining OnaMission Home Painting for years but I finally jumped in officially!

I’m joining OnaMission Home Painting

with the title Creative Collaborative Business Development & Marketing.

My dad David Grimes has been painting since 1967 and is now the best paint contractor in the Phoenix east valley. He specializes in interiors and also does exterior, epoxy floors and, most recently, kitchen cabinets. He’s licensed, bonded, insured and does everything with what he calls “intentional excellence.”

“Taking your paint from mediocre to magnificent. That’s our mission.”

For about seven years now I step in now and again as The Color Picker to help people choose paint colors they’ll LOVE. You can imagine how much fun I’ve had with that. There’s definitely a lot of crossover with Signature Color Style!

My job now is going to be mostly about customer service, creating community connections, marketing, social media and helping customers choose their colors. Right now I’m learning the day to day operations and bidding process as well as taking over some of the marketing and networking.

One of my favorite things will be collaborating with people in the community especially those in home services or interior design. Let me know if you’d like to get together to discuss possibilities!

No experience necessary. OnaMission Home Painting is hiring a painter to join our team. Interior and exterior. Will involve rolling, spraying, detail work, set-up, clean-up, small repairs, etc. Experience preferred but willing to train. Day time hours. Most jobs will be in the Chandler/Gilbert area. Must have reliable transportation. Opportunity for growth for someone looking for a long-term career.
