Style confidence, a worry-free wardrobe, strategic shopping…it all starts with a custom color analysis and I’ve performed thousands of them on people all over the world since 2012. Appointments for one to six people are available at my private office at 2450 S. Gilbert Rd. Suite 205 Chandler, AZ 85286 or I offer pop-ups to do a “teaser” Color Analysis for groups of 6-20 in 2.5 hours or all day for up to 200 at your event or venue.

Q: Can you tell me my color season?
Since 2012 I have been practicing the color codes system (Deep, Clear, Warm, Cool, Soft, Warm) which is much simpler and more versatile then the seaonal color analysis approach that focuses heavily on warm vs. cool undertone. We look primarily at hair, skin and eyes to determine your color code. Instead of being a Deep Winter (dark + cool) or Deep Autumn (dark + warm), I am simply Deep and get to enjoy the full range of colors.
However, I am well-versed in the seasonal systems, have studied them extensively and can tell you your closest seasonal equivalent during your full custom color analysis appointment.
Q: Do you only do Phoenix color analysis in Phoenix?
A: In the 28 years I’ve been an Arizona resident, I’ve lived all over the Phoenix valley including Phoenix (where I attended college then lived as newlyweds) and Avondale but have spent the majority of that time in Chandler and Gilbert. My office is on the Chandler-Gilbert border and I work all over the valley metro area. The majority of my pop-up Color Analysis gigs happen in the Biltmore, Scottsdale, Camelback and Paradise Valley areas.
Q: What is your formal training in color?
In 2011, I had a thriving Fantabulous Women beauty and style blog, a Mary Kay business and was The Color Picker for my parents’ home painting business. Then I found Shari Braendel of Style By Color and started practicing her techniques immediately. I began using color analysis in 2012 and became officially certified as a Christian Image Consultant in 2015.
Before that I was a fourth grade classroom teacher and worked as a ghost writer and blogger for women with small businesses while also helping them elevate their online image. Fun fact: I graduated from clown school as a teenager and worked as a children’s entertainer for over five years which helps explain why my presentation and teaching style is both entertaining and practical. Sometimes I still miss my rainbow striped pinafore and teal glitter nose.
Q: Who is your image consulting geared toward?
Every age and season of life can benefit from a color confidence boost and community connections! My clientele ranges from teenagers to 80+ years old from every walk of life. I work with nurses, retirees, small business owners, attourneys, farmers, stay-at-home moms, entrepreneurs, CEOs and more. While many of my group events and pop-ups are with professional women, I also do bachelorette parties, birthdays, families and “lunch and learns” at offices.
